Vicky Rupp

Vicky serves as Internal Auditor of High-Tech High Heels. Vicky has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology at Texas Instruments (TI), where she is a Systems Programmer and a member of TI’s Technical Ladder. TI’s prestigious Technical Ladder represents the top technical contributors in the company. In 2010 TI implemented the “TI Founders Community Service Award” and Vicky was the first person to be recognized with such award. She is an Alumna of Leadership Women, whose focus is helping women and their organizations build intentional leaders. From 2005-2008 Vicky was a member of the Board of Directors of CITY House, an organization that provides shelter and services for ages newborn to 21 years of age in Colin County. In 2006 Vicky competed and was awarded “Technology All Star” by Women of Color Magazine. A wife, mother and grandmother, Vicky mentors many women to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
