Rachel Williams co-leads the development committee for High-Tech High Heels. Rachel has worked at Texas Instruments for over 12 years and is currently the controller and director of finance and operations for Analog Linear Power. She began her career in Investment Banking at Bear Stearns in New York City focusing in technology and entertainment industries, which eventually lead her to Texas Instruments where she has held a number of leadership positions in operations, finance, and accounting. At Texas Instruments she is a leader in diversity awareness, employee recruitment, training and development. Rachel has two young girls that continue to drive her passion around gender equality and inspiring young women in the fields of math, science, and technology. In addition to High-Tech High Heels, Rachel is on the Children’s Council of First United Methodist Church of McKinney, is a Girl Scout Troop Leader, and a 2018 Leadership America professional. She has served as the Vice President of Community Service for the Indiana University Alumni Board, a Big Sister for BBBS, 3-Day Walker for Susan G. Komen, volunteer for North Texas Food Bank and is a Leadership Texas Alumna.
