We are on a mission to keep more

#GIRLSINSTEM

The Bay Area continues to be one of the top areas for growth in STEM-based industries and needs a skilled workforce to meet the demand.

HTHH is helping prepare this workforce by supporting organizations that encourage young women and girls to persist and succeed in STEM.

Help us inspire the STEM professionals of the future.

HTHH-Silicon Valley is working to achieve equitable representation for women in the STEM workforce.

We are a chapter of High-Tech High Heels, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the number of women working and persisting in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) careers.

We have been around since 2019 and provide support for organizations in the Bay Area that are improving STEM education and providing engaging and inspiring STEM experiences for K-12 young women and girls.

We look forward to a time when we see more qualified and diverse women – like our founders – in STEM fields.

Help us keep more #GIRLSINSTEM

The organizations we fund empower young women and girls to persist and succeed in the STEM fields. Discover how you can help in Silicon Valley.

The Silicon Valley Founder’s Circle Program gives Founders an opportunity to provide greater impact to assist in leveling the playing field in STEM.

Founders directly fund programs that allow HTHH-Silicon Valley to work with more schools and girls. In two years, we have impacted more than 200 students at local schools.
