Maria is a Silicon Valley executive with extensive experience in enterprise software and hardware, cloud, telecommunications and consumer products. Maria specializes in strategic partnerships, channels, business development, strategy, marketing, and operations spanning across a variety of business lines.Maria served as Vice President of Global & Strategic Alliances at NetApp, where she was responsible for worldwide go-to market with strategic partners. Maria has scaled partnerships to over a $1 billion-dollar business and achieved a top position in the marketplace. She also held several other Executive Positions where she served as an executive at SAP. At SAP she was responsible for global system integrator partnerships. During her tenure, she was able to grow the business by 80%. Maria has also held senior management positions at BEA Systems (acquired by Oracle), Acta Technology (acquired by Business Objects/SAP). She began her career at Hewlett Packard in the printer, emerging technology and telecommunications divisions.Maria has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University. Maria has received numerous industry awards some include. CloudNOW Women – Top 10 Cloud Evangelists, Microsoft IMPACT Award: Hybrid Cloud Innovation Award, CRN 2017, 2016 Women of the Channel List + Power 100 and Diversity: Top 50 Multicultural Leaders in Technology Award from the National Diversity Council.Maria went to school in Mexico and is fully fluent in Spanish. Maria enjoys cooking, fashion and travel.

Reenita is an industry expert with +25 years of healthcare marketing and consulting experience which include engaging with global clients and start ups to develop and implement growth strategies. She is a passionate visionary, futurist, design thinker, innovator and thought leader working towards changing healthcare. Das currently serves as Transformational Health Partner and Senior Vice President and is the first woman Partner at Frost & Sullivan. In addition, she is the Founder of the Corporate GLOW (Growth and Innovation of Women) program that focuses on increasing gender diversity in the workplace. She is a prolific contributor to Forbes on the future of healthcare and a keynote speaker at Life Sciences conferences world wide. In her current role, Das researches on future trends and forecasts the status of healthcare 20 years from today, working with clients on the impact of these mega trend changes to their business. She has lived in 6 countries in the world and brings an amazing cross cultural philosophy to any business. Das is dedicated to practicing several forms of yoga, meditation and mindfulness in her every day life. She loves to be among nature and is an avid hiker.
Fundraising and Business Development
Raquel is a business development veteran at eBay. She is currently in program management for Payments. Raquel is also active in eBay’s Communities of Inclusion including Chief of Staff for eBay Women in Technology and an active volunteer for Black Employees at eBay and United in Pride. Raquel has receive multiple awards and nominations for her efforts for eBay Women in Technology dating back to 2008, including receiving the Women Tech Council’s Impact award with her committee when leading the Salt Lake City chapter. She was also recognized Best of the Best by eBay for innovation in strategy for detecting and preventing counterfeit merchandise, leveraging intellectual property owner relationships, learning models, and developing new databases identifying branded goods. Raquel earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix and Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from the University of Utah while working at eBay. She also has been an Advisory Board member of the Women Tech Council, Donations and Sponsor Chair for Autism Speaks Utah, Quatere Startup Founder Mentoring Facilitator, and an Employee Relations Advisor with People Helping People. Raquel enjoys live music events, travel, and cooking.

Ronit serves as Vice President, Engineering Quality Assurance in Palo Alto Networks. In the past she held various positions in tech companies from leading support teams, through Pre-Sales engineering support, all the way to development and QA engineering leadership roles. Ronit is passionate about women empowerment. She co-founded and serves as co-chair to Palo Alto Networks’ Women Network Group executive committee. She’s also on the employee philanthropic support & investment advisory council. She’s been volunteering with different programs and non-profit organizations to help encourage and inspire more girls & women to join STEM professions.
Lead Program Manager
Jennifer Fleck has over 20 years of experience in the technology and consulting services industries. Her present roe is EVP of Digital Transformation Services at iTalent Digital. Jennifer Sits on the HTHH Board as the Lead Program Manager. Her experience in leading and managing major digital transformations at fortune 100 companies along with leading delivery of an award-winning, innovative services collaboration initiatives helps her provide the structure and implementations of successful programs HTHH is doing.Besides helping iTalent expand into new markets, Jennifer also supports causes empowering women in technology and leadership positions. She not only serves as a role model to other young women but has also spoken at various events on behalf of the empowering woman.
Shari is a Sales Executive with +20 years of Semiconductor Sales Management, currently working as a Director of Sales for Dialog Semiconductor, managing Americas Sales, after having been a Regional Sales Manager at Texas Instruments, and a Global Account Manager at Cypress Semiconductor. She has led her teams to become consistent top performers, winning big deals, and growing revenue at some of the largest customers in the world such as Apple, Cisco, Fitbit &Tesla. Shari has worked with taking the engineers vision through all design and production stages to the finished product. As a result she has won awards in every role she has had. Shari has a long history of mentoring new sales professionals to help accelerate their careers and in particular loves working with other women in Technical Sales and Technical Marketing as they are often the “only women in the room”. Shari is passionate about women being independent and encouraging them to look at STEM educations and careers due to the opportunities they offer. Shari was co-chair of the Women’s Initiative while at TI. In addition, she volunteered at Leading Women in Technology for 3 years. Shari has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a MBA from Kennesaw State University. Shari is a foodie, enjoys traveling the world, and sees as many musicals as she can. In addition she loves spending time with her husband and 2 cats.
