Interactive sessions use simulations and exercises to get participants involved. Typical class size is 15 to 25. Training sessions can be all day or two to four hours with the goal of each participant receiving at least 20 hours of training over a one to two year period. Between sessions, participants apply the learning in their classrooms and share their findings at the next session.

- Growth versus fixed mindset
- Spatial skills
- Curriculum and Project Based Learning (PBL) analysis and transformation

- Recruiting and retention
Train the Trainer and Equity Trainer Certification:
Participants are certified to deliver Gender Equity Training by attending a three to five day interactive session, giving a presentation and completing an exam.
Sessions are conducted by certified Gender Equity trainers and Diversity practitioners.
